Privacy Policy

SunSeeker collects no data. Everything happens on your device.
What we access
- Location. SunSeeker reads your current GPS position on-device to calculate where the sun is in your local sky. Your location is never sent off your device, never logged, never shared.
- Camera. SunSeeker uses the live camera feed as the background for the AR sun overlay. The video is never recorded, saved, or transmitted.
- Compass / motion. Used to align the AR overlay with the real world. Sensor data stays on the device.
What we don't do
- No accounts, no sign-up, no email collection.
- No analytics, no telemetry, no crash reporters.
- No advertising, no tracking SDKs, no third-party servers.
- No data is shared with Apple beyond what the App Store requires for purchase / download (which we don't see).
Children
SunSeeker is rated 4+ and collects no data, so it is safe for use by children. We do not knowingly target children or collect any children's personal information.
Changes to this policy
If this policy ever changes, the “Last updated” date above will be revised. Material changes will also be announced in the app's release notes.
