Common issues

The sun marker isn't where the sun actually is. Your iPhone's compass needs calibration. Wave the phone in a figure-8 motion in the air for ~10 seconds. The yellow “Compass” indicator in the app will turn green.

The app says “No GPS”. Open Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → SunSeeker, and choose “While Using the App”.

The AR view is blank. Make sure you've granted camera permission in Settings → SunSeeker → Camera.

I'm in the southern hemisphere and the seasons look wrong. SunSeeker auto-flips the solstice arcs by hemisphere. The “Summer” arc represents your summer (December in S hemisphere, June in N).
